Senkai Co Founder and Director Steve Tunstall is rapidly becoming one of the most sought after Personal Trainers and Sports Therapists in and around London. Steve is renowned for producing many fantastic body transformations in the quickest and safest fashion within the industry. Over the last decade he has amassed over 15,000hrs of personal training experience which he has shared with his team of trainers, helping to fuel their incredible success!

Steve appears live on air as the Fitness Presenter for BBC Radio, and has also written numerous articles for Health and Fitness magazines on the subjects of weight management and strength training.

Steve's client experience ranges from training office workers to Great British athletes as well as acting as Health and Fitness advisor to many different corporate establishments. Steve regularly models for Reebok and assists with product launches and other industry related media events.

As a former competitive swimmer, health and fitness has always been the base of Steve's background, while his enthusiasm and passion has been the core to his long-standing success as a personal trainer. Steve's extensive knowledge, renowned success stories and empowering and infectious teaching style motivates his clients to reach far beyond their own limits and time after time surpass their own expectations.

Steve continues to build upon over a decade of hands-on gym experience, training clients at home and in the great outdoors. Originally graduating from the renowned Premier Training Academy, and the IIST Institute, Steve continues to re-educate and further himself using the most up to date techniques and training principles in the fitness industry. Through Senkai Steve continues his quest to stay at the top of the industry, as one of the most successful trainers in London.

With over 13 year’s industry experience, Senkai Co Founder and Director, Sean has always been obsessive about Health and Fitness. His route to a career in the Health and Fitness Industry began in Dublin in 1996 when he completed an ITEC diploma in Personal Training.  In 2001 Sean graduated from St Mary’s University, Strawberry Hill with a degree in Sports Injury Rehabilitation. Through his degree Sean developed a depth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, mechanics of human movement as well as an understanding on the importance of correct technique with regards to injury prevention and rehabilitation.  

After graduating Sean took up the position of Senior Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Specialist with Holmes Place Health Clubs. In addition, to working with personal training clients, Sean also practised closely with the club physiotherapist, helping to bridge the gap between injury and exercise. The practical aspects of his studies and training have given Sean the chance to work with a wide spectrum of cases from weight-loss, elderly clients, stroke and cardiac patients to social and elite level athletes. 

Over the course of the last 5 years Sean has continued his professional development completing such courses as Gray Institutes ‘Chain Reaction Transformation’, ‘Anatomy Trains’ by Thomas Myres as well as CHEK and Poloquin certificates. Sean has just completed Level 4 Diploma in Functional Performance through ‘Faster Health and Fitness’, and has also presented with Faster on their Advanced Functional Trainer programme. As well as contributing to several published articles on Health, Fitness and Functional Movement Sean also features regularly as fitness model for GQ magazine.

Through his background in rehabilitation, Sean’s approach to training has always centred on the importance of correct functional movement. This has become the foundation to his approach with each client. Sean is highly regarded among colleagues and clients alike for his professionalism and determination to help each person he works with achieve their goals. In a fun and friendly manner Sean takes his clients success personally and sets his own high standards by the results they achieve.
