Bodi Adventure 25 Days of Home/Gym plan + 06 Days of Fitness Camp

There Is Not A Fitness Camp Like It !

Our Bodi Adventure Camp is based over 2 weekends, where your progress and physique is our responsibilty, and your fun and adventure is our priority.

From the moment you arrive, each part of the camp is structured as an adventure while working in teams and providing each other with the support, motivation and commitment to complete your own 30 Day Bodi Transformation.

You will start early morning on the Friday, and finish Sunday evening, guaranteeing a full 72 hour adventure that burns thousands of calories, builds strength and endurance and helps set the foundations required to achieve a Bodi Transformation in the next 30 days!

The Bodi Adventure Camp is for all ages & abilities. The results based programme has been carefully designed to challenge the earliest of beginners to the advanced participant by using our ground breaking Bodi principles alongside two fun and exciting 3 day adventure camps.

This will include a 3 day detox plan designed by one of the world's leading nutritionists, Anita Bean.

Bodi Adventure - Base Camp

A 3 day intense (Friday - Sunday) Bodi Adventure at Base Camp in France. Designed as a 72hr team challenge that will help shed body fat, sculpture & tone, improve fitness levels, & build and motivate you to achieve the greatest of results in the next 30 days.

24 Day Food Plan

On your return from Base Camp, you will follow a balanced and structured food plan to enable fast and safe Weight loss. Using all the micronutrients required for a healthy & sustainable transition into your new found body shape.

24 Day Fitness Programme

Alongside your food plan, a structured and progressive Home/gym/ park fitness programme, that you will follow under the guidance of your Senkai trainer through online support.
